In this online class we explore how to step informally or formally, quietly or prominently, onto the path of the wise leader. Meet Your Imaginal Allies: A Deep Resource for Creators
You think you make up those characters in your fictions and fantasies? Don't tell them that. They're liable to block you or walk out. Why? Because they deserve a say in what you and they create, and they know it.
In this online class we will learn about and practice the kind of active imagination that feeds our creativity, explore the wisdom of imaginal mentors and allies, and make conscious our relations with them, enlisting them in our work.

Animate Earth: Rejoining the Great Conversation
When we were young, we all felt at times like the world and its forms and beings were speaking directly to us. All our ancestors felt that way, and many people still do. We can, too.
This four-week online class surveys traditions around the world that speak of the Great Conversation with the things of the world, sources of lore like Alexandrian alchemy and Transcendentalism for which the words of this nonverbal language are symbols. From these and the field of terrapsychology, we will learn reconnective practices for reenchanting us beyond a dead planet of mute things into Earth reanimated.

Your Mythic Life: Your Archetypal Biography
You know your biography: birth, life events, and so on. But what is the deeper story underneath your biography?
This four-week online class follows C. G. Jung's idea of a personal or life myth: not merely something we invent, but a mythic tale we find ourselves in the middle of. We discover it. We will go over many tools for finding and exploring your myth - and the more general archetype behind it - and consider what place it has in the story of our time.

Deep Mentoring and Teaching
How do you teach learners to explore the depths of the psyche, of mystery, of spirit?
This four-week online class equips mentors, teachers, educators, and guides with tools, examples, and practices for teaching to depth in a variety of settings, including classrooms (online or off), events, presentations, groups, and one-on-one. We go over planning and organizing, classroom/group dynamics and management, assessing our efforts, dealing with surprises, working with dreams, and other pathways, twists, and portals for making our topics (not teachers) the center of deep learning.

The Way of Gnosis
What path of wisdom, reflection, and consciousness could cope with the multitude of problems of our day? How to fashion a response?
This six-week online class will glean insights, ideas, and practices from a long tradition of gnosis - consciousness of deep dynamics and underlying events - from its origins in Egypt into Gnosticism, alchemy, and other esoteric paths up to and through Jungian psychology and the Earth-listening path of terrapsychology.
This will prepare us for the path of Gnoesis, my term for a contemporary blend of gnosis, applied wisdom, depth knowings, and myth-making in which both ancient and contemporary tales are melted down into guiding fictions for making our way forward together.

For Students: Dissertation Breakthrough
If you're stuck, confused, unsupported, in search of a good topic, or otherwise halted in your progress, this might be a good class for you.
This highly collaborative four-week online class offers ideas and methods for understanding obstacles and moving through them. The class is kept small to increase time for participants to work on the challenges you bring. The instructor has worked closely with PhD students for twenty years, especially consciousness studies and depth psychology students. Master's thesis students are also welcome.
